How do I know developers are legitimate?
Every developer I work with has been personally vetted over 15 years. I verify their track record, inspect completed projects, review legal documentation, and ensure they have proper registration. You get my "Vetted by Lorraine" guarantee on all properties I recommend.
What's the typical timeline from search to ownership?
With my guidance, most clients complete their purchase in 3-6 months. This includes property search, due diligence, legal review, and final transfer. DIY investors typically take 6-12 months. My Elite service can fast-track this to 2-3 months.
Can I get a mortgage as a diaspora investor?
