Whether it's a plot you've been holding, a self-built home, or an inherited family property — you don't need a portal full of tyre-kickers. You need the right diaspora buyers to see it. That's exactly who's already in my audience.
Here's the truth about selling property in Ghana: most listings get buried. Property portals show your land or home to anyone scrolling — most of them tyre-kickers, agents fishing for leads, and people who'll never travel back to view. Meanwhile, the diaspora buyers ready to invest don't trust random listings. They want context, proof, and a face they recognise.
My listing site is currently being rebuilt, so I won't post your property to a portal. I'll do something more powerful: bring your plot or home directly to my 70,000+ diaspora audience through professional content, story-driven positioning, and a funnel that filters serious buyers before they reach you.
Before you scroll to the pricing, make sure this is the right fit. I keep these packages selective on purpose — that's why they convert.
You personally own the property and you're selling it once.
You build or sell multiple units across one or more projects.
Run a full campaign with a package, or buy individual items one by one. Both are priced below, and both include onboarding and verification before any marketing begins.
A 6-week campaign built around your property. Filming, reels, carousels, newsletter, stories and a lead funnel, run as one push.
See the two packages → Option 2Want one reel, a walkthrough video, or just the newsletter feature? Pick item by item from the rate card and pay per item.
See the rate card →Flat fees cover the actual work. Commission only triggers if a buyer I bring closes the sale, so the incentives stay aligned on both sides.
Upfront fees cover the work only. The following are billed separately: 5% (land) or 3% (built property) commission on successful sale · travel reimbursement* for sites more than 25 km from East Legon TNT · applicable taxes. Title verification required before campaign launch.
*Travel note: Sites within Greater Accra (Adenta, Oyarifa, Achimota, Spintex, Madina, Legon, Cantonments, Airport, Dome and similar — anywhere up to ~25 km from East Legon) are included. Sites further out (Tema, Kasoa, Aburi, Prampram, or beyond Greater Accra) are quoted with a travel reimbursement on top — usually $50–$150 depending on distance and number of visits needed.
Don't need the full campaign? Buy any element on its own. Individual rates are higher than the bundled package, so bundling is the better value if you need more than two or three items.
Buying separately: all 7 items would total roughly $4,450. Bundled land package: $1,699 covers the same scope (plus buyer qualification and 6 weeks of live campaign management). Bundled property package: $2,199 covers it all plus the full interior walkthrough.
Single items still require full onboarding and verification before I market your property, so the fee for rate card work is $399. It is $299 when booked with a package. Nothing is filmed or published until your title, ownership and permits have been checked.

Site visit, professional walkthrough video, and drone shots showing access roads, surroundings, and the plot itself. Buyers see what they're buying.
Cinematic short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Positioned with the right hooks — location, value, what could be built here.
Full feature in my email newsletter to my entire diaspora investor list. People already in buying mode see your property first.
Repeated touchpoints across Instagram stories so your listing stays top of mind for warm buyers. Most sales happen on touch #4–#7.
Interested buyers comment a keyword on the post and get an instant info pack with property details, location notes, and a qualification form.
Anywhere up to 25km of East Legon TNT is included — Adenta, Oyarifa, Achimota, Spintex, Madina, Legon, Cantonments, Airport, Dome. Sites further out (Tema, Kasoa, Aburi) need a small travel top-up.
I make initial enquiry calls so you only meet serious, qualified buyers. No wasted weekends showing land to tyre-kickers or fishing agents.
My property listing site is currently being rebuilt — so I can't add your plot to a portal yet. When it relaunches, your listing will be added at no extra cost if your campaign is still active.
Here's exactly what happens, week by week — so you know what's coming and when.
Site visit, on-location filming, drone shots, and photography. All raw content captured in one go.
Reels edited, carousels designed, captions written, lead funnel built, newsletter drafted, stories sequenced.
Reels go live, newsletter sends, lead funnel opens. The 6-week active marketing window starts.
Stories run weekly, DMs handled, enquiries qualified, and warm buyers passed to you. Most diaspora buyers convert on touch #4–#7 — six weeks gives content time to breathe.
Onboarding and verification happens before any marketing is created, on every package and every rate card item. Here's exactly what it covers, before a single reel is filmed.
I check your title documents and confirm the status with the Lands Commission. I will not promote land or property with unresolved disputes — this protects you, the buyer, and my audience.
I visit your property in person before agreeing to market it. I check access, neighbourhood context, and whether it matches what's been described. Trust starts with seeing it. Travel within 25 km of East Legon is covered — sites further out are quoted separately.
A working session with you to define the story — who the ideal buyer is, what makes the plot valuable, what concerns we need to address. This shapes every piece of content.
Production calendar, content brief, filming schedule, posting plan. By the time we start, every step is mapped out and there are no surprises mid-campaign.
Site visits within roughly 25 km of East Legon are included — that covers most of Accra (Airport, Cantonments, Spintex, Adenta, Achimota, Oyarifa, Madina). Further afield? Travel is reimbursed separately — we'll agree the cost upfront before the visit.
Where a document isn't available, or I can't physically inspect the property or the original, I'll ask for a signed written statement confirming the position — recorded on file and reflected in how the property is described to buyers.
Before you commit, see real-time stats — follower locations, demographics, platform splits. Pull this up live whenever you want.
Your buyers are out there. The question is whether they're in my audience. See exactly where my followers live, what age range they fall into, and how they split across platforms.
Honest scope from day one. You know exactly what to expect, and I don't overpromise to win the work.
Here's what the journey actually looks like when the campaign works.
Within 6 weeks of the campaign going live, you should see 3–8 serious enquiries from real, qualified buyers. From those, the realistic goal is a completed sale within 60–90 days — depending on buyer financing and due diligence timelines.
Send me a quick note about what you're selling — location, size, asking price, and any title documents you have. I'll come back within 48 hours with whether it's a fit and what next steps look like.
