These terms apply when you use diasporatohome.com ("the website"), which is run by Diaspora To Home, operated by Lorraine Wright MBE ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Specific services, such as consultations, packages and courses, may have their own written terms, and those apply to that service as well.
The website, guides, videos, blog and webinars are for general information and education. They are not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice, and they do not take account of your circumstances. Property values can go down as well as up. Please take independent professional advice, including from a qualified lawyer in Ghana, before you buy, sell, rent, build or invest.
We may introduce you to developers, agents, lawyers, lenders or other partners. Unless we say otherwise in writing, we act only as an introducing party. We are not the developer, seller, landlord, lender or your adviser, and any agreement you make is between you and that third party. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party listings or information, or the performance of any third party. The website may link to other websites that we do not control.
If you submit a property or documents to us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to offer the property and to share the documents and photos. We may check what you send, may ask for more, and may refuse or remove a listing at any time. If you agree, we may use your photos on our social media channels.
If you buy something from us, the price, what is included and any refund terms are shown at checkout or in the offer you accept. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
The text, images, videos, logos and other material on the website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.
Please do not misuse the website: for example by trying to break into it, overload it, send spam through our forms, or give false details. We may block access if you do.
